Flavorama Kitchen started out as a pet project in 2020 between two cousins who shared a passion for the creation.

The duo brings food to the widescreen, presented in cinematic fashion, sharing valuable secrets to becoming a pro in the kitchen.

Seeking to share their knowledge and experience to the next generation, Flavorama was born.
An online platform dedicated to creating fun, educational videos on how to become more confident in the kitchen. This will be the food & beverage destination for anyone inspired to take a step into the kitchen.

Whether it was music, filmmaking, or art has always been a common expression within the family. Express our love for cinematic creation by filming food recipes was a no-brainer.
Thus, Flavorama was born. Combining the art of cooking and cinematic design to give our viewers an experience they can benefit from and all while being entertained.

The ultimate goal is to inspire everyone to get excited about food. Making people feel just by the sight of food alone is enough to create a desire to cook. Feeding people emotions through the screen are what led us to create our slogan:

Chef Ashruf El Safy
An Egyptian-American chef raised in the food scene of Chicago, yet his taste buds have always had a liking to Egyptian cuisine.​

When the Covid-19 pandemic struck a halt to all food industry careers across the globe, he was forced to leave the hotel to seek employment elsewhere.
​
After spending years perfecting his craft from kitchen to kitchen, he packed his knives and relocated to Cairo, Egypt to learn about Egyptian cuisine first hand.
