About the Role
Flavorama is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to manage all of Flavorama's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Our aim is to develop Flavorama into the leading food desiginated Platform in Egypt. This role will be an important member of the marketing team creating highly engaged social media communities, building awareness of our brand through public relations and online community engagement.
Requirements
Responsibilities for Social Media Manager
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
Scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, YouTube
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies "trends"
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, & Planoly, Facebook/Instagram
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, YouTubeWork with copywriters and designer to ensure content is informative and appealing
Reach out to collaborators for brand deals and collaborations
Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Hire and train other members in your team
Provide constructive feedback
Adhere to rules and regulations
Present to Senior Management
Qualifications for Social Media Manager
2-3 years of social media management experience within the field
Previous experience using instagram and facebook studio manager for scheduling and calendar
Strong understanding or experience with marketing
General knowledge of Search Engine optimization and internet ranking for web content
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
Ability to manage and supervise a team simultaneously work toward many company initiatives
