About the Role
Follow recipe book and guidelines set forth by Executive chef of Flavorama R& D department. Ensure that kitchen and equipment are organized, sanitized and in good working order. Assist in preparations for food video shots. Handling and maintaining Flavorama's Equipment, tools, and utensils. Must possess the ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment. Work closely with trained chef in creating and maintaining brand image.
Requirements
Have a passion for the culinary arts and leadership? Then, look no further.
Minimum 2-5 years as a Sous or Chef in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurant.
Must pocess strong leadership skills.
Strong communication skills.
Must be dependable, reliable, punctual and motivated
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Able to carry 40 pounds and spend long periods of time standing up recording food videos
Preparation, and knife skills are a must
Positive enthusiastic approach and attitude for working enviroment
